Baseball

Went to our first baseball game at Fenway Park home to the Red Sox and the oldest baseball stadium in the USA. The kids had new Red Sox T-shirts courtesy of our kind friends and Ollie demonstrated an impressive knowledge of the game (apparently learnt by playing wii baseball!). I think I was getting the hang of it by the end!

Slight mishap this morning when Becca accidentally trod on a wasps nest in the garden. She got stung about 5 times and hubby got stung on the ear lobe when he bravely jumped in to rescue her. His ear swelled to about 5 times it's usual size and we did fear that a trip to the ER might be necessary. Thankfully a dose of antihistamine and a slathering of steroid cream has much improved things!
