Lazy Saturday

After a week of not sleeping particularly well, this morning turned into the afternoon almost unnoticed as Brain switched off and a few hours passed unnoticed.

The afternoon and evening consisted of hoovering, making tea, streaming a few Christmas Special episodes of Bergerac for some escapism and not much else.

Blip is a folding wooden rule Dad found in his garage & gave me. It's provenance is unknown apart from coming one of friends sheds during a clear out. I may try to clean it up a little but am loath to get it wrong so will look up how-to beforehand. The brass hinges & little pins to keep everything in place when folded are nice details. Needless to say it's not metric, unfortunately for my generation but then it helps rule* out it being younger than your Gal here.
