The Harris Shutter effect!
Trying this out today as we are going to do it in Digital group on Wednesday. The shots were taken in the hall of the college on 11 when we were in Oxford and considering they were taken handheld with my phone I'm very pleased with them!
For this effect you need three images with differences in them but with the main area of the image the same in each case. Each image is made up of red, green and blue light and if one of those is changed you see the different colours - red blue and green as above!
The Harris shutter effect was invented by Robert Harris of Kodak during the days of film photography, where Harris used a strip device that had three coloured filters (the primary colours, red, blue and green) separated by opaque sections.

I have also put in a mono version of the image which shows the beautiful marble of the actual fireplace. This is for my mono month challenge!
