Ruthin 5k

SUNDAY

Headed over to Ruthin for a 5k race this morning. 

It was cold waiting around at the start but dry. Once I got going, I soon warmed up but I was thankful of the gloves.

I finished with a chip time of 27:25 and a medal.

I'm happy with the time.
