Went to foodbank this morning. It was actually sunny when I arrived at 9am so I felt that I had to record it. However it didn't last and when we left it was back to the usual cold grey dampness.
I did some laundry when I got home and watered all the plants . After I’d cooked a meal I got the bus to town, called into m and s for a birthday present for Ji and then met Le at the cinema. We went to the Broadway (local independent) and the plan had been to have a quick coffee first but the cafe and bar were both heaving so we found somewhere to sit and chat for a while before going in to see The Brutalist. It was 3.5 hours long and we were both a little apprehensive but all was fine and we enjoyed it. Lots to talk about .
