It is not often that I have to Backblip, but here we go. I got home about 20.30 on Saturday after a 6am start. Had a cup of tea and felt myself about to fall asleep in the chair...

Got my act together (this is new) and crawled up to bed very early. 

The early start was a mistake. I forgot I was staying local for my Parkrun and set the wrong alarm. Age, huh...

After my trundle I had time for a shower and breakfast before catching the 11.38 bus from the park & ride. I was in Glasgow for a snack at Social Bite by 1pm. 

Next stop was a quick visit to the Clockwork Beer Company for a pre-football refreshment. Fyne Ales' Jarl, as Blipped. Very Viking. Very me.

I was cold (and miserable) after the football but found the perfect solution at Vietfresh near Central Station - a big bowl of pho. My journey home was a happy one. 

It was a great day, only spoiled briefly by the football.
