Pot before and after

Our neighbour J has a beautiful garden and is very generous with cuttings from his plants. We particularly admired a white climber in his garden and he promised us a cutting. Today he planted the new arrival in the pot prepared by MountGrace.
 
Neither we nor J know what the climber is called. Can anyone help? (The extra shows the flower.)
