Bubbles

It was raining most of the day today but we went for a walk in the rain to the park with our oldest grandson in the morning. He wanted to come and play with bubbles. We had a great time watching them. A few made it over a high hedge while most stayed within the park. After awhile we were watching those that landed in the puddles. They went through a sequence of colours before popping on a very blue colour. See today’s blip.

When we returned his other grandad and aunt had arrived at the house. We had a good lunch and later in the afternoon played various party games including pass the parcel, musical statues and musical chairs. Great fun for all.

After dinner our son in laws mother, father and sister returned to their home. It was good to see them, we realised the last time would have been when the youngest was born.
