Festival of Real Bread

We visited the bread festival in Fife today. More sourdough than you could shake a drink at and other interesting stuff.  I tried and really liked kvass, an Eastern European no/low alcohol drink made from fermented cereals.  I'd never heard of it but our Moldovan friend who was with us knew all about it. It's made in the UK in Edinburgh by Quas . Proper kvass is supposedly good for your gut.

We later went outside where the world was misty and mono, for lunch in Anstruther.   The seaguls looked miserable with noone eating fish n chips outside. 

A good day out in the rubbish weather.
