Resting in Brae Woods

A cold day with a good breeze.  The odd shower this morning, wintry at times but mostly sunny with passing clouds.  A fine chilly night.

Up at 5am, early street beat cleaning in Lerwick.  I was working with Philip, I did the north beat.  The town was fairly clean.  Chores done around the house after work. Walkies with Sammy.  A quiet afternoon with tea and fancies, followed by a quiet evening, telly and bedtime walkies.  Off to bed early again. 

Blessed with another good day, especially on a (mostly) day off.  That wind wasn't half cold, so thought it would be good to get Sammy out walkies with a bit of shelter, to a woods we went.  Sammy had a great time, plenty of new smells and a few other dogs to pal with briefly.  Sammy taking a rest on the bench, Brae Woods, Brae.
