Just a thought?

       By Law, you must sell your Pies as "Potato & Meat" unless the Meat portion outweighs the Potato - and YET - you can legally sell "Black Garlic Ketchup".  
       More out of "stir-value" than idle curiosity I read the ingredients. "Yer actual" Black garlic was listed 9th, below Salt; IF you count the  Balsamic Vinegar as just one item. And also 10th of ten items with the 10th being a smidgen over 1/2 of 1%.
       I note, with sarcasm/interest - it also says " ' ' ' ' . Refrigerate once opened and consume within one month."  Come ON!  You really expect it to last that long?
