Saturday 15th February 2025...

Redcliffe parkrun for me this morning while the boys opted to stay in bed... Nick that runs with us on a Sunday morning at Nudgee Runners was there so I took some photos of him for him... Mid race he decided to head to me and give me a really sweaty hug because with the humidity, Everyone was dripping... Nick actually does Triathlons... He joined Nudgee Runners to improve his running times... He'd already done a 2.5km ocean swim before parkrun...
I took some time out to sit by the water and read this book I was given...
