Not a valentine....

This is perhaps more suited to halloween than St Valentine's , but I noticed it late this evening when out with the dogs.

It is one of the winter covers for the camellias that are in the beds outside the conservatory but shorn of its surroundings it does look a bit like a ghost.

There are three of them and remarkably they stayed in place during Storm Eowyn, though every time we looked at them writhing and turning in the gale we were sure they were going to fly away.
