It must be Saturday!!

parkrun day!

Headed west to Palacerigg Country Park after the morning dog walk. Was sensible at the music quiz last night and we came 3rd.

There were only 4 teams though.

After parkrun I headed into Coatbridge for a new pair of trail running shoes.

I’m taking mini me to see the new Marvel movie this afternoon. MrsT is off clothes shopping for a Paris work trip during the week.

Ten pin bowling this evening with the FiL although I may change to tomorrow evening. I’ll see how things go today.
