Manual Handling

I did some mandatory training this morning. I won’t go into details but the difference between the early to mid 80’s is staggering. Many of the earlier ‘lifts’ have been outlawed due to damage to patients and nurses! (Bad backs).
I popped in to see Julie on the way for a cuppa and a catch up. She recently tore a tendon in her thumb when she was skiing. She’s having it repaired under local on Monday. No work for 2 weeks. Hopefully she’ll get back swimming soon.
I had Tikka Masala for dinner.
