Grebe taking Off

I went for a walk along the canal with my daughter after shopping at Aldi. We saw many birds on the water and today there was also a grebe diving. It suddenly took off and this was the only picture I could get of it. Another in extras of the birds and another approach to Little Venice.
Still very cold brrr but we did have sunshine at last.
