Experimental

Another bread experiment. This time the dough is being left in the fridge overnight to prove. I’m kinda surprised this works, but it’s already risen a fair bit.
Spent half the day cleaning. Mostly Kid B’s room. While he’s away it’s a rare opportunity. And then we had pizza from a place nearby (too lazy to go out and queue to get in). It was really good.
