Day of surprises

First surprise were flowers from M for Valenitine 's Day.  He usually forgets.

Meeting my doctor in the swimming pool , an experience I found quite unsettling .
It happened to me this afternoon.

Well, he did have pair of scanty swim trunks on. Not that it covered much, enough for me to tell that he could do with losing a few pounds.
He was just getting out. (  OK ex doctor, he is now retired).
 
We recognized each other instantly.
Our eyes met. He smiled.
He was not the least embarrassed. I was.
