We visited the National Trust Ickworth Estate this morning for the advertised 'carpets of Snowdrops'.   It was disappointing to find that the flowers were quite sparse but we made the the visit into a good four mile walk and Luna enjoyed the new scents along the way.   I loved this area of Aconites with the log giving a focal point.    
Just as we got back to the car park the sunshine appeared and it's been a lovely sunny afternoon although the temperature stayed at 4 degrees.
