Grey heron

This was as far as I got today.  By the time I opened the gate to go into the reserve I realised I was ill with a seasonal something.  This just doesn't happen to me - I haven't had a cold since I was at school and I've never had 'flu.  Up till now.  However, that's famous last words and I think this is 'flu.  B****r!!

So all I can offer you today is the grey heron, thanks for your kind reaction to yesterday's crocus, and my love!  Take care, dear people  xx
