Emergency Blip - a new murial

The sky wasn't as blue as this on Weds and I wouldn't stop to snap the pic so returned today (Thurs) to snap it.

Today I met with an old work colleague for a catch up & a coffee. He is shall we say a complicated sort (not that I can talk much lol) so I let him offload for the first mugful, and whilst drinking our free top up, it was my turn along with some general reminiscing.

After that we called in at the house of some of my friends, one of whom was also an ex colleague. Time flew and more cuppas were drank.

Re the blip, whilst getting some groceries later, I noticed a new mural outside the train station in town that commemorates one of our more positive locals - Ron Hill - a long distance runner and local sports apparel business owner. He reputedly ran every day for 59 years 39 days and I am exhausted just considering that ;-D
