Sunrise

Our special time. You know what Ive noticed  how when something traumatic has or is happening to us when it feels like our world is ending or in such a mess. The world keeps turning people keep living their lives. I think that can feel a little challenging. It's good because it reminds you to keep moving to keep living but it can also feel almost jarring and confusing.

Anyway I did some more normal things today which felt triggering at times. I also ordered some seeds for the veg garden. Life goes on.
