Approaching

Up at ridiculous o'clock to head to London for a few days.

There were no problems on the train.

There is an award deadline approaching tomorrow and I've got two submissions to write. So, it was a day where the head was down, trying to complete them. I managed to complete one, just a problem one tomorrow now.

We headed to Spitalfields Market again for lunch today. I had this amazing toasted foccacia sandwich. It was too big though and I couldn't finish it. Lol!

My young padawan keeps bringing her own cake in, so we have a nice treat in the afternoon. It is a vegan lemon and poppy seed cake with icing and it is very yummy.

In the evening I headed out to Theatre Royal Drury Lane to see Shakespeare's Much Ado About Nothing starring Tom Hiddleston and Hayley Atwell. It was an absolutely brilliant staging and great show. Tom owned the stage and was very funny, we even had Loki on stage at one point. Lol! It was such a contrast to the Sigourney Weaver Shakespeare play in December, when I felt disapointed as she did not own the stage like the star I was expecting. I would highly recommend you see Much Ado if you get a chance.

Today I am thankful for:
