Day trip to Edinburgh Festival today to see Beckett's Roughs 1 & 2.
Brilliantly performed by d'Animate - go if you get the chance.
Saw this guy, Tom Ward, in almost the same spot on The Royal Mile, this time last year. He plays beautifully and his CD has kept me company all year so I was glad to see him again, I hoped he might be there.

Got me thinking again about beauty. He played a piece from the Alhambra, Granada which reminded me of our visit there and I wondered what it is about beauty that can make us cry.
