COLORFUL RAIN DROPS

It has rained steadily all day & will continue
overnight. By my rough estimate, this storm
should be enough to end the fire season,
or at least, give us a breather. My outdoor plants must be very happy. I even put my orchids out for a good soaking.

Angus & I have the luxury of staying
home all day. I puttered around, then cooked; & now we are sitting by the fireplace.

It feels like a relaxing Sunday.
