Thursday: Blue Sky and Sunshine …

… but wind easterly and still very chilly :-((

A line full of washing had the sunshine and chilly breeze to dry it quickly, then finished off indoors.

Green bin emptied this week so I cut back the hydrangea, pulled up some of the ivy and collected fallen branches. Also collected up some of the leathery leaves from a self sown and very persistent tall grass that grows down by the road where my wildflowers will be sown when the weather warms up a bit … not too much clearing but the birds enjoyed scratching around and finding tasty snacks!

Watched a film set in Italy, “The Dolce Villa” lighthearted with gorgeous scenery :-)  … then MrD started watching “Escape from Alcatraz” starring Clint Eastward - I’ve temporarily “escaped” upstairs to write this BLIP :-))
