Been poorly

Tedwin had cold, streaming, one day. Passed to me the cold not bad but I did lose my voice and am sooooooo tired. Being the carer makes for difficult situation, I cannot stay in bed. I did nod off today as different symptom, very tired/ cold and cannot eat. Would you believe we had. these hot X buns toasted with cup of coffee - then downhill. Tedwin had scrambled eggs for tea if I prepare everything he sits on his perching stool and stirs away I just do the toast. He cannot do the clearing away and as I have warmed up that is next job.
