Iberian Ibex and Griffin Vultures
… high in the mountains above the pretty whitewashed village of Grazalema. A fantastic day in the mountains of Sierra de Grazalema for the finale of our trip. Lots of Ibex popping out to see us as we drove to the car park then climbed up to a peak around 1500 metres in height. We were at eye level or higher than the many soaring Griffin Vultures.
Final extra is a Sombre Bee Orchid we saw down in the valley this morning, such an unusual name I just had to include it.
Off now to the final dinner then we leave at 7am tomorrow morning to head back to Malaga.
