Walk to School and a Bath

This morning Ziggy walked with the girls, not all the way to school as it's quite muddy and he was due for a bath as it is.
I took over when we got to the lane on 'Upton Close' and took him for a good walk along the road and through the park right across to the other side and then the 3 or 4 hundred yards to get back home. He really seemed to like it and 'made his mark' as often as he could all the way during the walk. It's new territory for him so he has to let other dogs know he is around.
We met a couple of dog walkers that I knew from the Jonty and Foxy Days (Extra for those that didn't know them) and another extra when Marlane was drying him after his evening bath. He was a bit smelly apparently, I don't know because my sense of smell never fully returned after my fall in 2018.
He was fine in the bath and getting dried, he's turning out to be a really lovely dog.
