Anything but orange

Today's theme for Abstract Thursday. 

Wonder if you can guess what this is.
Some call it a vegetable some call it a fruit. 
Tonight we are having it as a crumble.
It does have the juice of an orange and orange zest, oats and cinnamon in the crumble topping.
I'm sure by now you have guessed correctly.
