The firm we took over / office I work in has a vast cellar where the archive files are kept.

I don’t have much need to go down there but I spotted one of the former office admin staff put a sign up saying not to walk past the end of this rack… hard to see in the pic but it has a serious lean on it.

I’m just a bit more proactive… I have immediately banned access because of the collapse risk.. a sign just isn’t going to cut the mustard!

Actions in hand to have proper bracing put in place.

Meanwhile i thought crikey the vast store of files must represent a serious amount of fees over the years!
