The 5 Rites
Curls patiently attempted to teach us the 5 Rites* for possibly, the fifth time.
We weren't very good at it, but it was still delicious to entertain some stretches in the early evening sun.
* = The Five Tibetan Rites is a system of exercises reported to be more than 2,500 years old which were first publicized by Peter Kelder in a 1939 publication titled The Eye of Revelation
