Elizabeth Line

Finished packing this morning, and Tim drove me to Barnstaple (again, bless him) to catch the train to Exeter and then on to London. I'm officially on leave, but I stopped in at the office to do my colleague's appraisal in-person. It was good to see her - and a few others, too. All went well, and now I am properly on leave, hooray! I checked into my hotel in Southwark in the evening, spoke to Tim on the phone, then ate dinner in the hotel 'café bar' - and then had a super relaxed evening in my room. An early night for me :)
