Dad’s National Service Paperwork

I was at my circuits class this morning and it was the start of a new 8 week programme. It wasn’t too bad. According to Natalie the trainer, I am getting stronger! That pleased me although it’s a slow progress.

In the afternoon I was looking through some folders that mum had. I’ve said before about the amount of stuff she had kept. Lots of cuttings out of newspapers of things we had done . Lots of interesting things. There was a lot of stuff of Dad’s National Service . He went to Palestine, Aden (Yemen) and Malta. It was interesting reading.

Evening walk with the dog and later watching the Boyzone documentary. Louis Walsh is a total weasel, a nasty POS!
