Redwing

These live locally and we hear and see them regularly in the local fields. It's not often I manage to get a picture though, and especially not one where he has grabbed a nice, fat, juicy worm!

The redwing is a member of the thrush family. You can clearly see this in the distinctive markings on the breast.
