Clouds and setting sun

A cloudy sunset ended another very hot, energy sapping day.  
This morning I had arranged a tea for some retired bankers wives - we always used to have monthly teas when our husbands worked, and they repeatedly request for a get together to catch up. We were only a few as some had other appointments or were sick. But it was good to see them again.
A visit to the shops to buy a birthday gift for a friend turning 92 tomorrow, and then a quiet afternoon.
