Sea Robins

My daughter, Mish and I went to Hoddesdon to get an elastic bracelet for MrQ's watch as he can't manage the leather one with the buckle now.

Steve the fishmonger wasn't doing a roaring trade but we were interested in his stock. He had a wonderful turbot for £70.00. I bought halibut steaks and jellied eels for MrQ. The red gurnard caught my eye, I was pleased with myself that I knew what they were. Never tried them. They're not actually gurning but these sea robins do have a distinctive look.
