A get together with the Pilates ladies……

……….after their class this afternoon.
Lovely to sit and catch up. I also had a chat to Karen, the lovely teacher, to tell her I wouldn’t be back for quite awhile now, due to my next hip operation coming up soon.
I walked up to our local shops this morning as I had an appointment. After which I had a coffee and Stephen came to collect me.
I am now beginning to have sciatic pain on my left side due to the hip which also now needs replacing,
Walking does help, but a bit more limited.
We are going out this evening to have a meal with a friend,
A full day!
I thought it was going to have a snatch of sunshine this afternoon but it was short lived, and was soon back to the cold, damp and murk.
Come on sunshine, we miss you!
