Banging head on wall

To make mum’s life easier I bought mum this attachment for her zimmer frame.
 
As I was heading out the door Fay, the cleaner, called me back because mum wanted to ask something.
 
There she was at the kitchen door without the frame.  The act that caused the fall on Sunday.
 
I may have shouted (OK – I did shout).
