Signs of spring

This morning we went into town and did BILs shopping took it to him had a chat and did a bit of admin 
When we got home I tidied up the garden and took the larger bits of firewood from yesterday to our neighbours
Then cut the tops off the other ash at the opposite end of the garden cut the larger bits up and took them next door. The smaller stuff will have to  for another day to be chipped 
After lunch I gave the organ handle another coat of varnish then we went to the seniors tea in the village hall. A very good turn out this time I had a lovely chat with the lady who lives in the house I was brought up in 
When we got home I went and checked up on the seedlings, all looking well and this is one lot of the tomatoes 
Cloudy damp and cold horrid again
