Bee Busy

Or, Busy Bee. This was taken at Wallington Hall in Northumberland, in the lovely gardens next to one of the ornamental ponds. There were so many bees enjoying the fantastic display of flowers, as were we. This one just happened to pose nicely for me and today's blip was conceived. This lovely warm summer just goes on and on, which is fantastic for us desolated and isolated Northerners. Especially when we have such lovely countryside all around us, traffic free roads, and civilised communities, free of greedy bonus chasing bankers and posh boy politicians. Eeee....it is great up North - especially for an adopted Geordie (original Southerner!).

Rain on its way tonight apparently - so it is a case of making Hay when the sun shines.
