Ironman UK 2013

After doing a bit of suffering yesterday (Borrowdale fell race 17 miles, 7000 feet of climbing in just over 5 hours) today was about watching others suffer as they tackled the Ironman UK.

The jazz band provided entertainment for runners and spectators alike as the rain kept everyone cool.
