Lux!

Amazingly, there's no filter on this: the light this morning, at about twenty past eight, was simply amazing. 

I was on my way for a swim, which I followed up with a bit of work, a guitar lesson, and then a bit more work. 

All was calm and relaxed, and I was looking forward to our drive up to Kirkby Lonsdale later on, until I got a text message from Dan...

To cut a long and involved story short, he won't be allowed on the boat without the ENG1 certificate that he obtained recently. The problem being that maritime law requires the original and that is on the kitchen table in Kirkby Lonsdale.

HOWEVER...

After much frantic communicating around the boat, it transpires that the parents of the lead singer on the cruise are flying out tomorrow, so we just need to get the certificate to them!
