Silage

Having silage made for our horses. Unlike the silage fir cows which is packed & wrapped while it still has a high percentage of moisture,  horse silage needs to be very much drier. A difficult balance to achieve and doesn't always work out. 

As silage is a process a bit like Sauerkraut, where one needs a fermentation to take place but for horses, you still need some bite to it.
