Tiny Garnet

I'm not a great wearer of rings which get in the way of gardening, cooking etc. However as you can see this one has given very good service. A present from Cameraman at the turn of the century. The old romantic! Thanks Cathy1947 for the Tiny Tuesday theme. 

A busy day ahead with my regular zoom, regular-ish Tuesday walk (nasty weather so probably not far afield), regular trip to Glasgow (going early to have a quick coffee with my son), regular school pickup with my grandson, regular train home. And relax! 

My 1:1 yoga yesterday was great. Very helpful and a good reminder of things I can do to help myself with mobility, stability and strength. I'll have another such session in a few weeks. 

Off I go now and I'll hope to look at blip later.
