Today has been all about preparing for the orders ahead this week, I’ve got two cakes, two valentines large hearts and 8 cookies, plus Theo’s cake.

Next week I also have two cakes so being prepared is key!

I made and froze the sponges and cookies ready for decorating and Wednesday will be another big baking day.

This has been my busiest February to date!
