Cordilleras Creek running beneath.  There's some shallow water, runoff from the last rain.  It sounds very pleasing and I took some video.

Another atmospheric river due to blow in on Wednesday.

It was really cold this morning, I could see frost on the roof of the house next door.  It was also a farce of a morning with various condo crapola, it was literally a farce with phones, all manner of doors, elevator, contractors, yapping dog, people getting locked out, stuck...  If only it were funny.
