Show off!

Had just walked into the park when I noticed this amazing plant! I don’t know what it is but it reallly shines out from the other greens by which it is surrounded! Was given a break from walking Sky this morning as I had offered to help out at the Memory Cafe in the Abbey Hall. It was the first week and there were four people with dementia and three carers plus Faith, who runs it, and her husband, Duncan. Faith led us in chair based exercises for a full body workout and then we had a quiz. Tea and coffee were served as well. It all went very well and will hopefully grow in time. I am very tired tonight after all the exercise!
