No it isn't

We're making a trip down south - Cornwall I think.  I haven't been there before.  J decided we would get the younger generation to make the arrangements online. Big mistake.  I would rather have done it at our local railway office, but the line is being electrified ?? and we didn't want to travel into Glasgow Central to do it.  
I tried, for about an hour, to find the ticket I purchased yesterday.  I'm still looking, although I can now read what it says on this form and today every time I entered the transaction id number, a message said it was incorrect.  Now I can read the ID number underneath on this form.  I will try again tomorrow.
