A grey view

A rather grey horrible day today with rain at times . We didn't  do to much this morning  apart from washing the bedding which is now drying upstairs.
This afternoon we decided to go get a blip and the rain looked to have stopped so headed to Hartsholme park to get my river shot for the month. The rain decided to fall slightly again so my shot is in mono to sum up the damp horrible day , one problem I didn't notice a rain drop on my lens until editing my shot so a small blur or the right from that .
After a brisk walk around the lake to get some exercise we went to Sainsburys for the weekly shop as again we had a money off voucher for there.
Back home in the dry and warm for a chilled out evening . Just put nice fresh winter bedding on  ready for when we go to bed.
